Freedom Lecture 2023: Free and Fair Elections in the New Democracy Age

On 17 November 2023, The Alliance for Securing Democracy at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, Friends of Slovakia, The Embassy of the Slovak Republic to the United States, The American Friends of the Czech Republic, The Embassy of the Czech Republic to the United States, and The Transatlantic Democracy Working Group will host the Freedom Lecture 2023. The event will feature a speech by Rasto Kuzel, executive director of MEMO 98, who will talk about the importance of free and fair elections for democracy in light of the recent election results in Slovakia and Poland and ahead of the US races in 2024.
