An Offshore Cold War: Forging a Democratic Alliance to Combat Transnational Kleptocracy

Transnational kleptocracy continues to threaten our democracies. With the recent invasion of Ukraine by the kleptocratic Russian regime, the National Endowment of Democracy will engage in a conversation on 2 March 2022 about why democracies must develop a unified response to this challenge by focusing on shared fundamental values of political and personal freedom, free markets, free speech, and independent judicial systems.
