Combating Gendered Disinformation Campaigns

Gendered disinformation increasingly threatens democratic integrity, gender equality, and national security across Europe, with Russian influence operations playing a key role in amplifying these messages. On 25 January 2022, the Center for European Policy Analysis in partnership with the US Embassy in Slovakia held a virtual event asking how leaders can effectively combat gendered disinformation as Europe builds its counter-disinformation capabilities.
