Consolidating Democracy: A Candid Discussion with Kenyan Deputy President William Ruto

Kenya has less than six months left until it holds general elections. On 4 March 2022, the Center for Strategic and International Studies will host an online discussion with Kenyan Deputy President William Ruto and CSIS Africa director Mvemba Phezo Dizolele on the future of democracy in Kenya. Topics will include opportunities and challenges regarding democracy, human security, the role of youth, and misinformation.
