Partners for Democracy Day 2024

The GDC is organizing its second Partners for Democracy Day, scheduled for March 19, 2024. The event aims to provide an additional platform for civil society, international organizations, academic institutions, think tanks, philanthropic organizations, and the private sector, enabling their voices to be heard in the Summit discussions and the global democracy debate to complement and enrich the Summit for Democracy 2024.

P4D 2024 is an independent initiative convened by the GDC to create a dynamic and inclusive programme of democracy events spanning 24 hours, accessible to participants worldwide through in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. To ensure a focused experience, there will be no competing events during the hybrid sessions during the Summit for Democracy, directing the online audience’s attention to the official proceedings. Event proposals will be accepted from February 2 to March 5, 2024.
